The third silhouette of HANDROOM JEANS was created in response to a request from District United Arrows.

While the materials and product quality follow those of previous JEANS models, the design takes into consideration a sophisticated silhouette balance so that the item can be paired with shirts and jacket styles.
The design from the waist to the hips in particular is conscious of providing a balanced fit whether worn just at the waist or slightly lowered, so you can experience just the right comfort.

HANDROOM would like to propose this new standard item that can be used both on and off the job.

FRONT
The brass zipper front and the pocket edges are reinforced with brass rivets. The inner thigh area is carefully hand-sewn with a rolled stitch. Two colors of durable cotton thread with a polyester core are used, and the stitching is centered around 20-count and 30-count stitches. Thick 8-count stitches are used for the sides and waist areas, which require more strength, and the stitching is done with a Union sewing machine and other professional stitching techniques. Selvedge is also used on the tengu on the back of the front and the edge of the placket.

BACK
The patch pockets on the hips are reinforced with hidden rivets and bar rivets at both ends of the pocket opening, and are carefully sewn one by one with a single needle sewing machine. The leather patches are made of thick deerskin and individually branded with a label. The powerful yoke and hip hole wrap stitches are sewn with a Union sewing machine, and are done with beautiful stitchwork that is full of speed.

These denim pants are made with the utmost attention to detail, from the materials down, without any compromise, making them a special pair that becomes more attractive the more you wear them.

MATERIAL

100% cotton

The raw cotton is a blend of Supima cotton and high-quality rice cotton, and the custom-made yarn is finished with a random pattern of long and short irregularities. To achieve a subdued indigo color, we rope-dyed pure indigo with added plant tannins, creating a unique rope dyeing process that produces a realistic fade that is unlike any other. To create the beautiful, edgy whiskers and creases that develop over time with wear, we use a special one-wash finish that leaves no residue. Wear it carefully and let it develop.
The warp threads are woven on an old-fashioned power loom with a low tension setting, and a special sanforization process is used to preserve the texture and unique appearance of the finished fabric.
*Although the product has been washed, the waist and inseam are expected to shrink by approximately 1 to 2 cm. We recommend purchasing a slightly larger size and shortening the length after wearing and washing the garment several times.

CARE GUIDE

• The liquid temperature should be limited to 30°C, and gentle washing can be done in the washing machine.
• Prohibition of the use of chlorine and oxygen bleach
• Do not tumble dry
• It is best to hang dry in the shade.
• Ironing is possible with a maximum bottom temperature of 150°C.
• Wet cleaning can be done with very gentle operation
