1. Ordering products

Once an order has been confirmed, we cannot accept returns, changes or additions to the order, changes to payment methods, or combined shipping. Please note.

About refunds

Regarding returns due to reasons on our or the delivery company's side, such as the product being damaged when it arrived, customers who pay by credit card will generally have their credit card company offset the transaction or use cash on delivery. If the credit card offset processing is not possible, the product price, shipping fee, and cash on delivery fee will be refunded to the customer's designated account.
