Design Details
COLLAR
It is sewn with thick No. 30 sewing thread, with 16 stitches per 3cm, creating a powerful, strong stitch with effective stitch-down .

The collar, cuffs, and placket are made with 100% cotton interlining, a material often used in high-quality shirts. The collar has a soft, three-dimensional roll, and the cuffs and placket have soft, full edges that fit snugly against the outer fabric. High-quality, beautifully shining white mother-of-pearl buttons are cross-sewn. The collar buttons are hand-sewn to prevent the button thread from showing through to the inside.

POCKET / PocketThe chest pocket is sewn beautifully and sturdily with a 6mm stitch after the same inner seam stitching as the jacket. The edge of the pocket opening is reinforced with a bar.

YOKE: A symmetrical split yoke (four pieces) at the center back of the yoke creates a more fitted pattern around the shoulders.

SIDE PIECE: The side pieces are carefully finished by being sandwiched between the hem seams on both sides.

SLEEVE PLACKET / The sleeve placket is sewn with a strong and careful kangaroo stitching to prevent fraying on the back edge.

ARM HOLE / Armhole The shoulder area is 15 mm wide, and the underarm area is 7 mm wide, with a tapered stitching that narrows towards the armpit.This allows the garment to fit the movement of the sleeve, eliminating stress under the armpit, and is finished with beautiful, smooth stitching.
